asi-Span is the name given to the Easi-Set line of expandable buildings. The engineering capabilities of Smith-Midland and Smith-Carolina allow the design and production of bigger, more specialized buildings to meet your specific needs. They are the only precast buildings in the industry with the ability to be lengthened, as needs change, and still maintain the original monolithic structural roof.

Easi-Span buildings are available in widths of 20’, 24’, 30’, and 40’. Increments of 10’ lengths are available up to 200’. The added modular capabilities allow more versatility, future expansion, increased storage and the use of larger equipment in the building.
